Open plan living and kitchen area

The open plan kitchen and living area is at the centre of the cottage.

• The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a slow cooker, a dishwasher and a larder fridge with freezer compartment. There is an additional freezer and washing machine in the garage.
• French doors open from the dining area onto a small wooden veranda at the front.
• The seating area has two sofas and a large coffee table in front of a coal effect gas stove.
• There is a TV with FeeSat, a DVD player and a digital radio with Bluetooth.
• WiFi is available throughout the cottage.

Stairs tucked neatly into one corner lead directly from the living area into the bedroom -there is no door at the top here. Natural light floods through a skylight above the stairs.

The bedrooms are located at either end of the cottage.

• Double bedroom (king size bed) with en-suite bathroom (shower over bath).
• Twin bedroom with shower and wash basin (there is an additional toilet in the cloakroom by the entrance door).

The outside areas of Jasmine allow you to catch the sun throughout the whole day.

• Off road private parking for one car through the gate at the back of the cottage. Further parking for one additional car on the gravelled space at the front beside the low dry stone wall.
• A flagged patio at the back with shrubs and overhanging trees. There are lovely views across to Skiddaw.
• A small wooden veranda at the front with views across the village to Causey Pike.
• A large attached garage provides lots of storage for bikes and other outdoor equipment. A washing machine and additional freezer are stored here. A hosepipe can be connect to the outside tap for washing muddy bikes, boots and paws.
