A beautifully renovated, cosy and characterful one bedroomed cottage, perfect for two at any time of the year. Original exposed stone wall, oak beams and wooden flooring downstairs. Both floors command magnificent views of Skiddaw and throughout the cottage there is under floor heating and WiFi.
Downstairs
Entrance from the car park is through a little porch that leads into the open plan living space
- Seating area with a log burning stove, a two seater sofa and footstool. TV, DVD player and digital radio
- Kitchen area with a gas hob, electric fan oven, slow cooker, microwave, undercounter fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a very good selection of cooking equipment
- Dining area with a small table, two chairs and a little window seat
Upstairs
Stairs tucked neatly into one corner lead directly from the living area into the bedroom -there is no door at the top here. Natural light floods through a skylight above the stairs.

Outside
To the front of the cottage is a small east facing patio looking out onto Skiddaw. This catches the morning sunrises and is the perfect spot to relax and soak up the wonderful views.
